2. Missing parts / damaged items on arrival
“From the beginning, there were several problems:
1. Delivery was later than the guaranteed date.
2. When it was finally delivered, your installer didn't have all the parts. So we waited another month for the remaining parts.
3. The chimney that was delivered was very wobbly. It moved 30 cm to each side. You had no solution for this, so we installed a support rod for the chimney ourselves.
4. The wooden paneling was scratched. You sent us a paint that was a completely different shade, and we had to repaint the entire hot tub.
5. You initially refused to acknowledge our complaints about the broken handles.
Only after I contacted my lawyer did you accept the claim. You promised to deliver new stainless steel handles. First, it was in days, then in a month, and now it's been two months.
